This registration can only be put onto a vehicle first registered on or after 1st March 2002. However, if you are not putting it onto a vehicle, it can be held on the DVLA certificate provided for 10 years.
 
You cannot use a personalised registration to make a vehicle look newer than it is.
 
In order to transfer ownership of the registration, we will need the DVLA registered name and address of the recipient.
